Warranty Policy

At Bear Root Marketing, we stand behind the quality of our work and the products we create. Our goal is to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our warranty policy below.

Custom Marketing Materials

All custom physical marketing materials come with a 30-day limited warranty covering:

• • Manufacturing defects
  • Printing errors not present in the approved design
  • Material flaws unrelated to normal use

This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper handling, or general wear and tear. Final designs approved by the client are considered accurate and complete.

Stock Merchandise

All non-custom stock merchandise is covered under a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery, covering:

• • Manufacturing defects
  • Damage incurred during shipping (if not reported previously under our Shipping Policy)

If your item qualifies for warranty replacement, we will provide a replacement or credit at our discretion.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To initiate a claim, please email us at within 30 days of delivery with the following:

• • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• • Damage caused by user error or accident
  • Color or layout issues that were approved during the final proofing stage
  • Normal fading, wear, or aging of materials
  • Unauthorized alterations to the product
