Shipping Policy

At Bear Root Marketing, we’re committed to delivering your order on time and in excellent condition. Please review the following shipping timelines and policies:

Custom Orders

All custom physical marketing materials will be shipped within 4 weeks of final design approval. Final design approval” means you’ve confirmed and signed off on the final proof. Production and shipping timelines begin from that point.

Stock Merchandise

All in-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days of your order being placed.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, we’ve got you covered.

• • Report any issues within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will replace lost or damaged items at no additional cost to you.
