Custom Marketing Materials

All custom-designed physical marketing materials are non-returnable, non-refundable, and not eligible for exchange. This includes any products that are made-to-order, personalized, or tailored to your brand.

Please review all proofs and project details carefully before final approval. Once production begins, changes cannot be made.

Stock Merchandise

We accept returns on non-custom, stock merchandise (e.g., branded apparel, accessories, or promotional goods) within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

    • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
    • A 5% administrative fee will be deducted from all approved refunds.
    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds
