Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best outcomes, clients agree to:

    • Communicate clearly and respond within reasonable timeframes.
    • Review deliverables and provide feedback in a timely manner.
    • Make payments according to the terms outlined in invoices or agreements.

Payment Terms

    • All payments are due as stated in your service agreement or invoice.
    • Late payments may incur a fee of 5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.
    • Work may be paused or terminated for non-payment.

Intellectual Property

    • All custom designs, content, and strategies created by Bear Root Marketing remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
    • Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.
    • We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio or for promotional purposes.

Revisions & Scope Changes

Service packages include a set number of revisions. Additional revisions or changes in scope may incur extra fees and timeline adjustments. Any such changes must be approved in writing.

Confidentiality

We respect your confidentiality and agree not to disclose your private business information to third parties without your permission, except as required by law.

Cancellations & Refunds

    • Deposits or retainers are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
    • Either party may terminate a project in writing. In such cases, the client will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
    • Refunds are not issued for completed work.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we aim to help you succeed, we cannot guarantee specific results such as revenue increases, traffic growth, or search engine rankings.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will Bear Root Marketing be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms
